HDT DRASH® Boots
HDT DRASH Boots are custom designed and manufactured to create a light-tight, weather-tight connection between a vehicle and any DRASH shelter. Each boot’s vinyl-coated fabric is fire retardant, mildew resistant, water repellent, abrasion resistant and ultraviolet resistant, and includes blackout in the visual and near infrared spectrum. DRASH Boots are operable in temperatures ranging from -50°F to 131°F (-45.5°C to 55°C).
Features include:
- Ensures convenient and tactically safe movement from inside a shelter, providing a more effective work or command area than inside a vehicle
- Vinyl-coated fabric is fire retardant, mildew resistant, water repellent, abrasion resistant, ultraviolet resistant, and includes blackout in the visual and near infrared spectrum
- Operable in temperatures ranging from -50°F to 131°F (-45.5°C to 55°C)
Basic Boot Designs:
T-Boot
Attaches to the Truncated, or T Variant, of most C, S, XB and M Series Shelters.
Door Boot
Attaches to the doorway of any DRASH shelter to accommodate most military vehicles.
Boot Wall System
Attaches to most DRASH shelter end cap doors or side doors to most common military vehicles or to another DRASH shelter. The additional space provides a small vestibule for increased workspace.
