SOLON, Ohio – April 25, 2022 – HDT Global (HDT), the leading manufacturer of highly-engineered, mission-capable infrastructure solutions across defense, aerospace and government markets, announced today the appointment of Laura Faulkner-Rodahaver as the new Senior Director of Human Resources. Ms. Faulkner-Rodahaver brings over 15 years of human resources management experience to her new role at HDT.

Before joining HDT Global, Ms. Faulkner-Rodahaver was Managing Partner at Shelby Leigh Capital, LLC in St. Petersburg, Florida. Prior to that, she has held roles of increasing responsibility at DTC Communications, WaterOak Development and Aerotek.

Ms. Faulkner-Rodahaver will replace Veronica Gilbert, who has announced that she will retire in May. Ms. Gilbert has been with HDT since 2011 when she came onboard as Compensation and Benefits Manager. She has risen through the ranks to become Director of Human Resources / Corporate Compensation and Benefits, and then to the senior leadership position of Vice President of Human Resources.
