GH-100 Explosion-Proof Electric-Powered Portable Heater
The HDT GH-100 heater is a duct-type, electrically-powered, ground-portable heater for use in fuel vapor-laden atmospheres. It produces a heated, pressurized air stream to ventilate and dry fuel cells and other types of fuel containers. The GH-100 meets Class 1, Division 1 and ATEX Zone 1 requirements for explosion proof heaters.
The explosion-proof GH-100 is the only approved USAF HDU-13/M product and is relied on by those who work in environments near highly-combustible or volatile liquids or vapor gases. It provides heat and ventilation for such tasks as purging aircraft fuel cells and tanks or curing epoxy during crack repairs. The GH-100 is mounted on a four-wheel steerable trailer and is easily positioned near aircraft.
