SOLON, Ohio – Aug. 12, 2011 – HDT Global (HDT), a provider of highly-engineered mobile military and emergency response solutions, today announces the HDT Global Board of Directors has appointed Jason Chamberlain as President and CEO. Mr. Chamberlain will replace John Gilligan, the company’s Chairman of the Board of Directors, who has served as interim CEO since March 2011.

“During his tenure at HDT, Jason’s leadership has been instrumental in our growth, our operational improvements, and particularly, in our transition during the past few months”, said John Gilligan. “The Board of Directors and I are confident that under Jason’s leadership, as President and CEO, we will continue to grow our business and to delight our customers with innovative and operationally responsive products.”

In March, 2010, Jason Chamberlain joined HDT Global as Chief Operating Officer, and in March, 2011, assumed the role of President and Chief Operating Officer. With more than 30 years of manufacturing experience in the defense industry, Mr. Chamberlain previously served as Senior Vice President of Defense and Aerospace Systems for Sanmina-SCI and as Vice President of Mobility and Surveillance Systems for Pratt & Whitney.

In addition to professional achievements, Mr. Chamberlain was a Distinguished Military Graduate and commissioned Army Officer, holding a Bachelor of Arts from Wheaton College and a Master of Science in Information Technology from George Washington University.
