HDT Global Chairman of the Board, John Gilligan, announced today that Vince Nardy has resigned from his position as CEO of HDT Global to join the Scott Fetzer Company, a wholly owned subsidiary of Berkshire Hathaway, Inc. Mr. Nardy has served as CEO of HDT Global for the past ten years, during which time the company has experienced tremendous growth and unparalleled success in meeting customer needs. Mr. Gilligan will assume the position of CEO. Mr. Gilligan has served as SVP and Director of the Defense Sector at SRA International as well as the CIO for the US Air Force and the Department of Energy. Jason Chamberlain, the current Chief Operating Officer, will assume the position of President and Chief Operating Officer maintaining his leadership position in the day to day operations of the company. Prior to joining HDT, Mr. Chamberlain served as Senior Vice President of Defense & Aerospace Systems at Sanmina-SCI from 2003 to 2009 and as Vice President of Mobility & Surveillance Systems at Pratt & Whitney from 1979 to 2003.
